Any and all inspections on the improvements and or land will be the responsibility of the potential buyer prior to opening bid. All Tracts are being sold by the boundary not by the acre or survey, Parcels are surveyed.
LEAD BASE PAINT: Prospective buyers will be permitted to conduct a lead base paint test on the property during the 10 day period prior to or proceeding the auction. All buyers will be required to sign a waiver of the post day sale inspection should they not conduct an inspection.
Approved deposit for all Real Estate shall be Cash, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check with Bank Letter of Credit.
